The NRA is offering a mobile messaging program subject to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions. Users that opt into the program can expect to receive messages concerning membership, special events, and alerts.

Text JOIN to #60937 to join NRA's text alert program.

Most NRA sites and services are intended for general audiences and do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age. We are committed to complying fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Of course, the NRA also encourages parents to discuss privacy issues with their children.

You must be 18 years or older in order to participate or have the express permission of a parent/guardian (but in any case, you must be at least 13 years old). By affirmatively signing-up for NRA's text messages, you agree to these terms and conditions. Your consent to these terms and conditions includes authorization for NRA to deliver autodialed mobile messages, and you understand that your consent is not in any way required as a condition of membership in the NRA.

Cost and Frequency: Although the NRA does not charge you for sending or receiving text messages to 60937, you may be charged by your carrier depending upon your message and data rate plan. You are solely responsible for all message and data charges that you incur.

Once you enroll, the frequency of text alerts the NRA sends to you will vary, though you will not receive more than seven messages a month.

User Opt Out and Questions: You may opt out of NRA text alerts at any time. To stop receiving text alerts, text "STOP" to 60937 or reply "STOP" to any of NRA's text messages from your mobile device. After you doing so, you will receive confirmation of your opt-out, and thereafter, you will no longer receive any text messages from the NRA. For questions about text alerts, simply text "HELP" to 60937.

T-Mobile® is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy Policy: The NRA respects your privacy. By opting into the text messaging program or otherwise sharing your personal information with the NRA in connection with the program, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and sharing of your information as further outlined in the NRA's Privacy Policy available at https://membership.nrahq.org/privacy.asp.
